A yummy shrimp dish that's as easy as it is delicious.
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In large frying pan, melt butter and cook garlic.
Fry shrimp until just cooked and remove contents of pan onto plate.
Set aside.
Pour olive oil in pan and cook onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Drain pasta and add to frying pan.
Add shrimp and garlic, lemon juice, spinach and basil.
Toss together with cooked pasta.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper and serve immediately.
