1 teaspoon baking soda

6 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup cold water
Squish and Squeeze Frosting
1 cup confectioners� sugar
4 � teaspoons milk
� teaspoon vanilla
