An easy recipe for leftover mashed potatoes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium sized bow, put all the ingredients, and using a hand mixer, beat until smooth.
If you are using ham as well, do not beat it in, just stir it into the creamy potato mixture after it has been mixed.Pour the mixture into a well buttered pie plate.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
