For the Cinnamon-Sugar Coating
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the Salted Caramel Sauce
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
