A Sweet and tasty recipe for nutty brownie bites. These are a great treat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. grease or line 48 mini-muffin tin.
In a large heat proof bowl, melt chocolate and butter together by microwaving in 20 seconds intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
Add cocoa powder and sugar to melted chocolate mixture, stirring until incorporated.
Stir in vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring in between until each is fully incorporated.
Add flour and salt, then stir until just combined.
Spoon batter into prepared tins
Fill cups 2/3 full with batter.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove for complete cooling on wire rack.
While brownie bites bake, use a double boiler to melt chocolate chips in the cream to make a ganache frosting.
Allow brownies and ganache to cool.
Frost Brownies with ganache, then sprinkle nuts over each one.
