Oatmeal Sultana Cookies Recipe

Thi versatile oatmeal biscuit recipe is simple to make and easy to adapt.


1 cup self-raising flour
1 cup toasted muesli
1 cup sultanas
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 teaspoon honey
1 egg, lightly beaten


Preheat oven to 360 F.

Line two baking trays with parchment paper, or alternatively with butter. Either way works!

Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.

Combine butter, egg and honey and add to dry ingredients. Mix well.

Drop 2 tablespoons of mixture into your hands and form into a ball. Place on baking tray and carefully flatten down with the back of a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.

Cool on trays before storing in an airtight container.
