This oatmeal recipe cooks the oatmeal in the milk along with fresh banana. It is very tasty even before you add the fruits and nuts.
Heat the milk to just simmering in a small saucepan.
Add the chopped banana and oatmeal and simmer for 2 minutes or until the milk has absorbed into the oatmeal. Stir in the honey and stir occasionally so it does not scorch.
Turn off, place into serving bowl and serve with fresh berries and nuts.
