2 c macaroni, cooked according to package directions and drained (I used elbow)2 1/2 c milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c butter
1/4 c grated onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese, plus more for the top
regular or smoked paprika for garnish (optional)
