This oven baked fish recipe has a simple seasoning of white wine, sweet sugar and lemon.
Preheat oven to 350F.
To keep the fish from drying out, soak a piece of parchment paper the size of your pan in water line a baking tray for easy clean up.
Season fish with salt and pepper. Pour the wine over the fish.
Bake about 10 minutes, open oven and sprinkle brown sugar on tops of fish.
Bake another 10 minutes or until fish is flaking and tops are browned.
Serve the fish with the sauce poured over the top. Garnish with the parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
