This oven roasted squash is a method that can be applied to any squash, potatoes, or sweet potatoes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush olive oil onto the parchment paper.
Wash the squash before using.
Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds.
Next, slice into wedges and arrange onto the baking sheet.
Peel the garlic cloves and put through a garlic press into a small bowl. Add the oil, stir together with the salt and pepper.
Use a pastry brush and brush the pieces of squash with the marinade.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until you can poke with a knife and the squash is soft.
Open the oven door, and sprinkle on the parmesan cheese and return heat for 5 more minutes.
