Peach Popsicles Recipe

This peach popsicle recipe is made also with fresh mango, and a hint of lime.


2 fresh mango, peeled
2 fresh ripe peaches, peeled
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon lime juice
6 -8 popsicle sticks


Place mango and peach flesh into food processor and puree.

Mix puree and lime juice.

If you are using molds, fill them about 3/4 full so there is room for them to expand.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

If you do not have molds, you can use small plastic cups, filling them 3/4 full and placing the popsicle stick in the center.

Freeze for 5-6 hours until set.

When ready, twist popsicles out of mold and enjoy.
