This pork and beef meatballs recipe makes tasty little meatballs that go great with pretty much anything!
In a skillet, saute onions in 1 Tablespoon of oil until they are golden and softened. Set aside and cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk and breadcrumbs and let sit for 10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumb mixture, onion, egg, ground meats and seasonings and mix well.
Use a tablespoon to spoon out the meat and form into balls.
Fry the meatballs in a skillet on medium heat in remaining oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
