This potato and yogurt salad is simple and tasty.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, yogurt and vinegar until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
Place the washed potatoes in a saucepan and put enough water to just cover them. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Bring to a boil and cook just until the potatoes are tender but not mushy. Drain the water, let the potatoes cool.
Slice the radishes and the green onions.
Slice the cooled potatoes into slices about 1/4 inch wide.
On a large serving dish, layer the potatoes, the spread on the radishes, onions and olives.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
