A Very tasty recipe for boiled potatoes served coated with a creamy walnut sauce.
Peel potatoes and place them in a pot of cold, salted water. The water should just cover potatoes.
Cover the pan and place over high heat. Allow potatoes to boil until fork tender about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain off water then cut each into 6 pieces.
Into a large pan, place, onion, butter, and garlic, and salt. saute until onions are cooked 4-6 minutes, stir in the flour until combined then pour in the milk and bring to a boil to thicken. Stir in walnuts and parsley.
Pour sauce over cooked potatoes and stir gently to coat.
