Ingredients
2 sheets puff pastry {this is equivalent to 1 box}8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks, at room temperature
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water, for egg wash
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon almond milk
