Salmon Tagliatelli Recipe

Salmon tagliatelle served with a creamy wine sauce and chives.


500 g tagliatelle pasta noodles
1 lbs salmon
2 Tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1/4 cup white wine
1 Tablespoon chives
1 lemon, juice from (2-3 Tablespoons )
1 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper, to taste


To Prepare salmon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Place salmon in a greased glass baking dish, season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.

Cut fish into bite sized pieces, set aside.

To prepare tagliatelle

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.

To Prepare pasta sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet, over medium heat.

Saute garlic and onion for 5 minutes, or until tender.

Add broth, wine, salt, pepper, lemon juice, Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add cream, simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and salmon, and toss to coat.

Sprinkle chives over top.

Remove from heat and serve.
