Cook the pasta first.
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
Drop in the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion and saute for a few minutes until tender.
Add the beef and cook, breaking into crumb texture until browned and cooked through.
Stir the soup, water, Worcestershire, cheese and pasta in the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
