A spicy sour chicken recipe that is best served with jasmine rice.
Simmer the water and sugar in a sauce pan over medium heat for 10 minutes until it turns a deep brown.
Mix the fish sauce, lime juice, chili sauce, and garlic and then carefully add it to the pan of caramel.
Heat until it all caramel is dissolved.
Marinate the chicken wings in the sauce for 30 minutes to overnight.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lines a baking sheet with tinfoil and place wing on foil.
Bake until golden brown and crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile pour marinade in a sauce pan and simmer over medium heat to thicken, about 7-10 minutes.
