Ingredients
Chocolate cake:
1 � cup white flour
2 cups sugar
� cup dark cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
� cup canola oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup coffee
Mousses:
400 ml double cream
2 tbsp sugar
120g dark chocolate
200g of frozen cherries
Cherry jelly:
4 tbsp cherry preserve
200g frozen cherries
2 tsp gelatin (Dissolve in 50ml of boilding water and then chill)
100ml brandy
