Ingredients
1 chicken or beef steak2 tsp. garlic ginger paste
1 tsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. waster sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. oil or butter
For Sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 cup tomato puree
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red chilies
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. corn flour
Salt to taste
