Stirfry Broccoli And Shrimp Recipe

This stirfy broccoli and shrimp recipe is quick to prepare and creates a colorful tasty dish that is perfect served with rice.


1-2 pounds fresh shrimp
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons lemon juice, from fresh squeezed lemon
pepper and salt to taste

1-2 heads of fresh broccoli
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 cup of coconut milk


Prepare the shrimp, wash, and de-vein the shrimp and set aside.

Add a tablespoon of coconut oil to a wok or high-walled skillet on medium-high heat.

Once heated, add shrimp, garlic, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Saute for 1 minute or so.

Add in chopped broccoli and carrots, followed by the coconut milk. Cook until broccoli and carrots are tender.
