Strawberry Mille Feuille With Chantilly Cream Recipe

A fluffy layered pastry dessert with whipped cream and strawberries.


2 sheets of puff pastry
1 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups strawberries, quartered
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 cup confectioners sugar


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Grease a baking sheet.

Cut 2 sheets of puff pastry in half, place on baking sheet.

Bake for 18 minutes, or until just golden brown.

In a medium bowl, whip cream and sugar until fluffy.

Layer pastry, cream and strawberries; repeat.

Dust with confectioners sugar.
