Stuffed Tortellini With Cream Sauce Recipe

A Delicious recipe for stuffed tortellini with cream sauce, served with fresh spinach and arugula.


1 large package (4 cups) cheese tortellini
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
4 cups baby spinach and arugula mix
1 cup cherry tomatoes


Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a large skillet on medium, heat oil, add onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes

Stir in broth and spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil.

Add cream and parmesan cheese.

Remove from heat and stir in cooked pasta.

Serve over a bed of arugula and spinach and top with cherry tomatoes.
