This chicken balls recipe is fantastic! Serve as a main course, or as appetizers. Even the kids should like these.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a large 9x13 inch dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken with egg, green onions, bread crumbs and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Scoop out meat mixture and roll into 1 inch balls.
Bake for 15-20 minutes till brown and cooked through.
To make the sauce.
In a large sauce pan, mix together the water and vinegar.
Whisk in ketchup, corn starch, soy sauce, sugar, chili sauce, garlic and grated ginger.
Bring sauce to boil.
Add in the chicken balls and gently stir.
Cook at a low boil until the syrup is bubbly and clear, 4-5 minutes.
