A healthy snack recipe these sweet potato chips are great on their own or served with dip.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Peel the sweet potato and slice into very thin strips, by hand, or using a mandolin if you have one.
Lay them out on a parchment lined tray. Keep them separate and not touching in a single layer.
Drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake 20-35 minutes or until browned and crispy.
Turn the tray about halfway through.
Cool slightly and enjoy!
