Ingredients
Serves about 61 lb extra lean ground turkey
1/2 c chopped onion
1 16 oz bag frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, peas, green beans, and lima beans)
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 c shredded cheddar
1 20 oz bag sweet potato puffs
Salt and pepper to taste
