Tomato Tapas With Prawns Recipe

A Flavorful recipe for tomato tapas with prawns. These are a great appetizer for your next party.


20 prawns
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp lemon pepper
20 Large cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup mayo
1/8 cup sour cream
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 cup arugula


In a large frying pan, combine the butter garlic and lemon pepper to medium high. Add Prawns, cooking 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through. remove from heat and let cool.

In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonaise Dill and parsley.

Cut tops off of the tomatoes and with a small spoon scoop out seeds. Put a small spoonful of sourcream mixture into the tomatoes and top with 2-3 arugula leaves slightly pushed down with a cooled prawn. Arrange on a serving platter.
