Tuna Wrap Recipe

This tuna wrap recipe is a nice alternative using bread.


1 (6 ounce) cans solid white tuna packed in water, drained
1 stalk celery, minced
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sweet white onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 wheat tortillas
Fresh greens, like lettuce or baby spinach
(Makes 2)


These wraps are easy to do and a nice alternative to a bread sandwich.

In a bowl break up the tuna with a fork.

Add the celery, mayonnaise, sweet onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Season to taste.

To make the wrap, place the greens onto the wrap and spoon the filling into the greens.

Roll the tortilla and serve.
