Turkey Patties Recipe

These turkey patties are a delicious and healthy high protein meal that can be made as burgers or served on top of rice.


Serves 4

500 grams/17 oz ground turkey
4 Tablespoons bread crumbs
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh dill
2 Tablespoons fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
splash of oil


In large bowl, add the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, dill, thyme, cayenne, cloves, nutmeg and allspice.

Use a large wooden spoon or clean hands to mix the ingredients together so they are well incorporated.

Form into patties.

If using a frying pan, heat a splash of oil over medium heat and fry patties until browned on each side and cooked through the center.
