Zucchini Burgers Recipe

This recipe for zucchini burgers is so flavorful and delicious, you may never want to eat meat again.


6 cups zucchini, shredded in food processor
1 cup canned corn kernels
1/4 cup cilantro
2 cups garbanzo bean, blended into paste in food processor
4 cups breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 cup water


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Grease baking sheet and set aside.

In large bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, flour, paprika, and chili flakes.

Add zucchini, garbanzo bean paste, corn, cilantro, and water and mix well.

Form mixture into large patties.

Place on greased baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until crisp and brown on outside.
