• 5- medium size apples (Gala or any kind will work, Granny Smith are good for the contrast of sweet caramel with a tart apple)go
• wooden sticks
• chopped salted peanuts 2-3 cups or candies, peanut brittle, sprinkles, crushed cookies, garaham cracker crumbs and so on
• dark chocolate chips or your choice of milk chocolate or semi sweet
• white chocolate chips, or peanut butter chips
• wax paper
• non stick spray
• quart size freezer bags
• large clear plastic food gift bags and ribbon
