Garlic French Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 teaspoons dried parsley
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 loaf French bread or baguette
  • ((serves 6)

  5. Wrap the bread in tinfoil and place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and remove the tinfoil.
  7. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until the top of the bread is toasted.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
