  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 3 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 6-oz jar sliced mushrooms

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  4. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken, pancetta, peas, mushrooms, and pasta.
  5. Put the dutch oven straight in the oven and cook at 350F for about 35 minutes.
