Easy Taco Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (drained)
- 1 16 oz can pinto beans (drained)
- 6 green onions (sliced)
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 tomato
- 1 16 oz bottle taco sauce
- 2 8 oz bags shredded taco blend cheese
- 1 12.5 oz bag tortilla chips
Franks RedHot
- sour cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Brown beef in skillet, adding a bit of Franks RedHot (the amount is up to you) about halfway through. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning, and follow directions on seasoning packet. Transfer meat to 3 qt. saucepan. Add pinto beans and canned tomatoes (remember to drain them both first). Keep them cooking on high while youre doing the next step, remembering to stir frequently.
- Slice your green onions, dice your tomato, open and drain your olives, and mix them together in a bowl for later. Turn off the meat mixture, and scoop half of it into a 913 pyrex baking dish. Spread evenly. Before opening your bag of tortilla chips, crush them a bit, so theyll lay down flat. Add half the bag of chips on top of the meat mixture. Add a bag of shredded cheese on top of the chips. Scoop out the remaining half of the meat mixture on top of the cheese.
- Add the bottle of taco sauce, again spreading evenly. Add the remaining chips. Add another bag of cheese. Top with the tomato/olive/green onion mixture. Put it in the oven at 425 degrees for 7-10 min .
- Pull it out, serve with sour cream on top if you choose. Enjoy!
