The Best Ice Cream Sandwich Cake!

Ingredients

• 23-24 Ice Cream sandwiches (original, neopolitan or chocolate)
• TIP: Buy a few extra in case your husband decides to eat 4-5 the night before�.
• 2-8 oz) OR 1-16 OZ Cool Whip
• Hot Fudge Topping (Caramel, strawberry�) I used about 1/2 jar.
• Mini M&M�s (or ANY topping�butterfingers, heath, oreos, Sprinkles�it�s endless!) I used about 1/2 lg bag.

Directions

1. This is actually a very simple recipe to make and even a child can do this at home. So how it is done? Actually there are only few steps for these recipe. First, prepare your layer of ice cream sandwich in a medium or large size pan, spread on the hot fudge topping; either goya or hershey�s. Add a layer of the cool whip and the crunchy topping of your choice. When it comes to crunchy topping, you may purchase chocolate chips, oreo crumbles, toffee bits or chopped nuts depending upon your taste. Freeze it for about 2 hours uncovered and cover it with foil and freeze it for about another hour. Once it is already hardened, serve it and enjoy!
2. STABILIZED WHIP CREAM
3. Using a small saucepan, combine the gelatin in the cold water. Place over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool but not set. Whip the cream and confectioners' sugar until soft peaks form, add the gelatin, whip until stiff peaks form. (Makes about 2 cups)
